We Just Weren’t “Charming” Enough
As I mentioned on Friday we had purchased several white serving platters in preparation for our big wine and dinner party this past weekend. Yet no matter how many times you go over your list and think you’ve got everything you’ll need there’s always one thing that slips your mind. Ours were the wine charms.
We do have a small set but it only consists of six—we needed ten. So four people ended up having to guard their wine glass with a vengeance and we felt really bad about that.
Wine charms are one of those little things that you don’t really give much thought to until you have a large number of people over drinking wine and realize that “musical wine glasses” isn’t one of the party games you want your guests to participate in.
So I went in search of some handmade wine charms online and found these babies…

They can be found at Bewitching Beads and this set is only one of about a dozen available. There are many themes to choose from including doggie wine charms, travel wine charms or the more traditional wine and cheese variety. All very cute, all reasonably priced and all worth their weight in gold when you need them!
